There's movement on Holley Avenue in Bradford, PA, where a silo was recently put up at what will beome a new facility for Wayne Concrete.

Wayne Stephen said they still have more components to bring in before they open by the end of the month. This will be the fourth ready mix plant by Wayne Concrete. The others are in Coudersport and Ceres, PA, and Springville, NY.
