Lisa Stephen , President - Little Lisa, Inc. dba Wayne Concrete and COA Concrete, Inc. dba Wayne Rental

Lisa Stephen has 20 years of experience in the construction materials business. She left a career as a radiologic technologist to become a quality control supervisor at Wayne Gravel Products in 1986. While at Wayne Gravel Products she was responsible for all DOT compliance, material sales, and general business administration. Her strength in the materials division of Wayne Gravel Products led her to pursue her own venture with the start up of Wayne Concrete in 1996. As president and CEO of Wayne Concrete she is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations, sales, and materials, quality control, purchasing, development, and general administration.

Lisa Stephen is one of few women recognized as a leader in the concrete manufacturing industry. Also, as a member of the American Rental Association, she is active in promoting the rental industry as President of Wayne Rental which began in 2004.
