Wayne Concrete is a PA and NY DOT approved ready – mixed concrete operation serving Northwestern PA and Southwestern NY. Started in 1996 by Lisa Stephen in Shinglehouse, PA with one plant and 4 mixers, it now has five facilities and 35 trucks including 3 conveyors and two front-discharge mixers. All trucks are radio dispatched and GPS monitored by both plant and central operations.
