Standard Mixes and Ordering
Wayne Concrete produces standard mixes of concrete based on cement content and varying PSI requirements. If you are unsure of your need or requirement, the friendly staff at Wayne Concrete is available during operating hours to assist you. Because we have (5) locations, we are able to deliver to more areas in the Southern Tier of Western NY and the Northern Tier of Northwest PA. Specialty Mixes
Wayne Concrete has a team of high skilled professionals that can create and assist you with the right mix for your job. Because of our bin and silo capacity, we can create specialty mixes including interior floors & walls. Ask about our new Excellcrete mixes designed for ease of placement and workability.
Colored Concrete
Wayne Concrete stocks most Davis Colors that are made exclusively for use in both interior and exterior concrete. The color is added to the concrete in production so upon placement the color is throughout the entire structure, not just the surface. Colored concrete is used mostly in stamped work, but it can also add to the aesthetics of flat and pervious concrete. Calling ahead for color orders is suggested - 800-261-7181.
Pervious Concrete
When it rains, it drains. Pervious concrete designed to specifically allow water to pass through it has many benefits. Insulated Concrete Forms or ICF
The most energy efficient way to build. Home builders and developers across the country are using this product because of its ease of placement and the energy savings they can offer their customers. Parking Lots, Driveways, Sidewalks, and Patios
Due to the increasing price of asphalt, concrete is fast becoming the best alternative to blacktop paving. Concrete is typically used in patios and sidewalks, both standard and decorative. But due to the longer life of concrete, it is now cost effective and beneficial in parking lots, driveways, and road paving. Make sure your contractor has experience and ask if they have a Flatwork Finishing Certification from the American Concrete Institute.
Concrete Maintenance
Proper maintenance makes a difference in the life of your concrete. When properly maintained, concrete can last up to 30 years or even longer. A quality sealer should be applied after 30 days. Carefully use de-icers and protect the concrete from exposure to liquid fertilizer.
DOT - PA and NY
Wayne Concrete has 5 plants. The four located in Pennsylvania are all PA DOT approved. The Shinglehouse and Warren locations are operational year round. Both Shinglehouse and Springville plants are NYS DOT approved. We have a large fleet of trucks licensed and approved to operation in both states.

Quality Assurance
Wayne Concrete has 2 full-time and 3 part-time quality control technicians on staff. Among all of the employees, we have 6 current American Concrete Institute certified as Grade I field technicians. In addition to this, we have two ACI certified Flat Finishers. Wayne Concrete takes pride in our ability to offer this level of expertise and quality control to our customers.
